We carved pumpkins the other night and it was really fun. The kids are old enough to get into it. I was surprized when Kaitlyn jumped right in and "gutted" her pumpkin. She loved it and offered to clean out everyone's. We did the good old fashioned craving that we did as kids where we used a kitchen knife and went for it. It brought back some fun memories. As you can see in one of the pictures, Jason gave Kaitlyn's pumpkin a mullet and then had to convince her that he just made it so her pumpkin has long hair. Maddie was less than thrilled about the whole carving thing and we had to get a picture of that. Gotta love carving pumpkins.

Yay that Jason was there to help! Looks like you guys had tons of fun! We did ours last night and Amalie wasn't a fan either. But everyone else loved it. :)
